Heading home...and hoping for spring

Isla's bundled up and ready to head home.
And her first bath...look at that little scowl!

Owen has so much love for her that he needs heavy supervision!

Grandma and Grandpa B. with number 33, number 39, and now number 44...the newest one of the bunch!

So it's been raining here a little bit. Thankfully the house stayed pretty dry. We have a few damp spots in the basement, but nothing like the heavy flooding that may people had.
"Baby! Hi baby! Baby eyes, baby ears, baby mouth, baby hair...." He loves to "label" her.
He's just so excited to have a little sister!

 Kezzie reading Isla a book.
 Self-portrait.

Bud's hoping someday they will use this picture on the Golf channel when they are giving background information on child prodigies:) He bends his knees pretty good. Or maybe it just looks like that with the diaper.
I certainly didn't ever expect to have a picture of my child playing on the same toys I did as a kid.
Snack time had a location move because they wanted to watch Bud dig a trench. It's raining again today so we will see how it works.

Is Spring Here Yet?

Owen had a rough run of it for a bit there. He was so sick for a week that I finally resorted to giving him fluid through freezies. Of course, it didn't really work because he wouldn't even eat those! Thankfully he is back to his old self now!
Happy Monday morning. Owen decided to experiment with ways to eat blueberries.
Then he learned it is just easier to stuff them in!

Kezzie was invited by Uncle John to go for a plane ride. She acted like it was no big deal.

I tried to get an Easter picture, but Owen was sick then as well, so this is the best we have.
Sandy the dog made a guest appearance on Easter, so Kezzie's picture includes the wonderful dog toy.
Pjs from Aunt Sharon. Kezzie wanted to take a picture to send to her. Owen in typical shocked fashion.

Ash: These are for you. This is one of Bud's favorite pictures...one of her first shots.

We welcomed Isla Glory to the family on April 9th. She was 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and 20 inches long. She is VERY loved by her siblings.

First time meeting her little sister!
Hanging out with her namesake-Grandma Gloria.
Owen needed some Grandpa time with all the attention the baby was getting.
 Our newest family picture.

Ash: I know you love the toe shots:)

 A teaching moment with Dad.
