Fourth of July Parade at the rest home!
This is a rare picture. The only one of its kind to my knowledge. This is Owen with all of his Grandmas! Grandma Beeke, Great-Grandma Boluyt, Grandma Swann, and Great-Grandma Swann
 Waving at Kezzie.
 Our smiley, precious, lovable girl.

And the cottage. Owen learned how to work the super-squirter. Life was good.

Even Isla was enchanted with Grandpa's reading. He likes when they start early.

Spring and Summer

Owen is trying hard to comfort her:)
Forgot to flip this cute little picture...sorry!
 Isla and Great-Grandma Swann

If Owen sat that still more than five minutes in the rest home I would be thankful. As it is, our visits are usually very short and sweet.
Aw...look at him trusting in his big sister. Love this shot!
 This is Owen's extreme smile.
 Here it is again.
 The girls.

This is the best of four...take it or leave it!
One of my favorites. Seems like three kiddos sorta just crept up on us. Didn't this blog start out with just the two of us? Where does the time go?

Now that's a jolly good smile from a jolly well-fed baby;)
I have a hard time getting a good shot of Owen and now I'm having a hard time getting a good shot of Isla. Starting to think it's the camera.
 Who you lookin' at?
This one is always ready with a smile.
Grandpa won a suite at the Whitecaps game, so we piled the whole family in for a great night of fun. On the way home I asked Kezzie if she thanked him and she said "I didn't. I think I was having so much fun that I forgot."

This is how she was one second...
...and this was the next. Uh-oh.
You give these two kiddos a watermelon and they will eat the entire thing.
"You think you've got fly-aways? My mama is bound and determined to keep my hair like this until my auntie comes back from Spain to see it!"
 Life is good.

Movie night: They can't look away even for a second!
You wouldn't know it from this picture, but Owen is sick...again!
Trying on the baptism outfit so we don't have any surprises on Sunday morning!

I have this same shot with each kiddo. Seems to be a popular child/father bonding moment.
More blurry pictures of Owen. He says cheese, but he can't stand still.

Heading home...and hoping for spring

Isla's bundled up and ready to head home.
And her first bath...look at that little scowl!

Owen has so much love for her that he needs heavy supervision!

Grandma and Grandpa B. with number 33, number 39, and now number 44...the newest one of the bunch!

So it's been raining here a little bit. Thankfully the house stayed pretty dry. We have a few damp spots in the basement, but nothing like the heavy flooding that may people had.
"Baby! Hi baby! Baby eyes, baby ears, baby mouth, baby hair...." He loves to "label" her.
He's just so excited to have a little sister!

 Kezzie reading Isla a book.
 Self-portrait.

Bud's hoping someday they will use this picture on the Golf channel when they are giving background information on child prodigies:) He bends his knees pretty good. Or maybe it just looks like that with the diaper.
I certainly didn't ever expect to have a picture of my child playing on the same toys I did as a kid.
Snack time had a location move because they wanted to watch Bud dig a trench. It's raining again today so we will see how it works.
